Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Does the camera work in landscape?+
Yes. Snova keeps the interface upright and captures a proper landscape photo.
Can guests see what they captured?+
Yes, and if you allow it, the rest of the event gallery too.
Can I know who took each photo?+
Guests give a name once per device, and organisers can optionally require a selfie at join.
