Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can I keep the gallery hidden from guests?+
Yes. You can let guests view the gallery or restrict it so only you see the photos.
Can I remove a photo?+
Yes. Any photo can be deleted from the gallery at any time.
