Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Is it suitable for kids' parties?+
Yes. Guests don't sign up for anything, and the gallery stays private to you. You can also require your approval before any photo appears.
How many guests can join?+
Free includes up to 10 guests, Celebration 25, Signature 50 and Pro Event 300. Talk to us if you expect more.
