Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can we control what gets published?+
Yes. From Celebration, Event Social Studio creates and checks posts from gallery photos and publishes eligible ones to connected Instagram and Facebook professional accounts automatically; TikTok versions are ready to share. For ongoing account-level social, My Social Studio runs it across every event.
Can multiple team members access the gallery?+
Team access is part of the Business plans, alongside reusable branding across events.
Can we require attendees to be on site?+
Yes, from Celebration. Venue lock restricts capture to a radius around the event location.
