Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can we review photos before they appear?+
Yes. Automatic screening is included on every plan. From Celebration, enhanced moderation can hold every photo for approval.
Can we stop someone misusing the code?+
From Celebration, you can require a PIN and use enhanced guest controls. Every event also has a time-limited code.
