Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can family who couldn't attend see the photos?+
Yes. You can share the gallery link with anyone you choose, or keep it private to you.
How long are photos kept?+
Free events keep photos for 30 days. Paid event plans extend retention so you have time to download everything.
