Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can several families use the same event?+
Yes. Anyone with the code shoots into the same gallery, and you can see who took what.
Does it work outdoors on mobile data?+
Yes. Photos upload over mobile data, and the camera works in any modern phone browser.
