Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can I show the gallery on a screen at the event?+
Yes, on Signature and Pro Event. The slideshow refreshes automatically as approved photos arrive.
Are photos screened?+
Yes. Photos are checked automatically, and anything flagged is held for your review.
Can I download everything?+
