Storage, deletion and export
- Photos are kept for the storage period of the plan the event is on, counted from the event date.
- Need longer? Keep any event for another year for £11.99, from the event page, as many times as you like.
- Expecting more than 300 guests? Talk to us and we will set the event up for you.
- You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
- Every plan, including Free, has full-quality downloads and export of the gallery to your own cloud drive.
- You control your event gallery and exports.
Paying for your event
Frequently asked questions
Why is pricing per event?+
A wedding or a birthday is a one-off. You shouldn't need a subscription to collect photos from one night, so every event plan is a single payment for that event. My Social Studio, for organisers who want SNOVA running their social all year, is a separate monthly subscription.
How long can guests keep adding photos?+
Each plan has a guest photo window: 4 hours on Free, 12 hours on Celebration, 24 hours on Signature, and whatever you choose on Pro Event. The clock starts when photo capture opens, or from the event date if you haven't set an opening time — and if you leave the finishing time blank, we set it for you. Once the window closes the QR code stops accepting new photos, but the gallery stays viewable for the whole storage period.
Do the prices include VAT?+

What does the free event include?+
One free event per person with up to 10 guests, 50 photos, 20 email invitations and 30-day storage. When you create your next event, you choose a paid event plan.
Is Social Studio included?+
Event Social Studio is included from Signature: 2 Content Slots on Signature and 3 on Pro Event. Instagram and Facebook publish automatically when a professional account is connected. TikTok versions are finished and ready for you to share. One idea counts once. If SNOVA turns the same story into an Instagram Reel, a Facebook version and a TikTok-ready cut, that's still one Content Slot.
Do I have to approve every post?+
No. With Run automatically on, SNOVA publishes eligible content to connected Instagram and Facebook accounts without waiting for approval. It asks only when something genuinely needs your judgement or an account action.
Can I stop automatic posting?+
Yes. Pause publishing stops scheduled and automatic publishing immediately, while SNOVA can keep planning.
What happens if SNOVA creates something that doesn't look right?+
SNOVA normally resolves it itself: it picks another photo, simplifies the treatment or falls back to the original, rather than asking you to fix it.
Does SNOVA automatically post to TikTok?+
Not currently. SNOVA prepares the finished TikTok version, ready for you to share.
Does SNOVA change photos of children with AI?+
No. AI transformation of people is blocked whenever children are involved.
What's the difference between Event Social Studio and My Social Studio?+
Event Social Studio creates content around one event and is included with Celebration, Signature and Pro Event. My Social Studio is a subscription that runs your social across your business and all your events.
Can I move photos out of Snova?+
Yes. Every plan includes full-quality downloads and export of your gallery to your own cloud drive.
