3. Consent mechanism
- Do not set non-essential cookies before the user has made a choice.
- Provide equally prominent Accept and Reject options, plus granular controls.
- Do not use pre-ticked consent.
- Record consent choices and allow withdrawal/change at any time.
- Re-seek consent when purposes/vendors materially change or when appropriate after a reasonable period.

SNOVA should not deploy behavioural advertising or unnecessary tracking to child users. Where the Children's Code applies, privacy-protective defaults and data minimisation should be used.
