Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can we run one event per day of the conference?+
Yes. Business plans include multiple events with reusable branding.
Do attendees need Wi-Fi?+
Any connection works — photos upload over Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Can sponsors get their own gallery?+
You can run a separate event and code per stand or sponsor, each with its own branding.
