Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Is there an app to install?+
Not for guests. Organisers can add Snova to their home screen for a fullscreen experience, but it's optional.
Does Snova publish posts for me?+
Yes. With Run automatically on, SNOVA publishes eligible posts to connected Instagram and Facebook professional accounts. TikTok versions are ready for you to share.
Can I move photos to my own storage?+
Full-quality downloads and cloud export are included on every plan.
