Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The QR code opens the Snova event camera instantly on iPhone and Android, so downloading anything is never a condition of joining. When the full app launches, guests who have it will enter the same event directly there.
Who controls the photos?+
You control your event gallery and exports. You can delete any photo, any guest's photos, or the whole event at any time.
Can I print the QR code on wedding stationery?+
Yes. Download a square or story-sized invite card with your QR code and add it to menus, table numbers, invites or screens.
Where are the photos stored?+
Photos save to your Snova gallery first. Full-quality downloads and cloud export are included on every plan.
Can we show the photos on a screen during the reception?+
Yes, on Signature and Pro Event. The live slideshow refreshes as approved photos arrive.
