AI-written posts, connected accounts and automatic publishing

Social Media Publishing Terms

Effective date: 2 October 2026

SNOVA is a brand of Paahun Global Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16884211, with registered office at Office 385, Unit 5, 399-405 Oxford Street, Mayfair, London, United Kingdom, W1C 2BU. Privacy enquiries: privacy@snova.uk. Support: hello@snova.uk.

1. Scope

These terms apply when an organiser uses Social Studio — at an event or as a My Social Studio subscriber — to prepare a social-media post, caption, carousel, reel or related asset using Event Content, and then shares it outside SNOVA or has SNOVA publish it to a connected Facebook Page or Instagram business account.

2. How a post is made and published

StepWhat SNOVA doesOrganiser responsibility
SelectOffers gallery photos the organiser has already approved for display, analysed by AI for subject, mood and technical qualityChoose images the event and the people in them permit to be published publicly
WriteDrafts the caption, hashtags and post idea with AI, following the organiser's brand voice and any words or topics they have asked us to avoidCheck the wording is accurate, fair to the people shown and appropriate for the audience
ScoreScores each draft with a separate AI model on specificity, fit with the chosen image, strength of the opening and factual restraint; low-scoring drafts are held back rather than offeredTreat the score as a guide to the writing only — not as clearance of rights, accuracy or suitability
ApproveRecords the organiser's approval and locks the prepared content from further quiet editsConfirm the post may be published
PublishHands the finished assets and text to the organiser for manual sharing or download — or, where the organiser has connected a Facebook Page or Instagram business account, publishes the approved post to itReview each post before it goes out; publish manually or switch on automatic publishing
MeasureReads back views, reach and engagement figures from the connected account and summarises what workedDecide whether to keep, change or stop a campaign

SNOVA never requires the organiser to connect a social-media account. Where the organiser connects one and approves a post, SNOVA may publish it on the organiser's behalf; otherwise the organiser remains the person who publishes the post.

3. Connected accounts and permissions

Connecting an account uses the social platform's official sign-in. SNOVA never asks for a social-media password. Facebook and Instagram business accounts are supported; the permissions requested are, in plain words: see which Pages you manage, publish posts to a Page you choose, read that Page's engagement figures, identify the linked business account, publish to the linked Instagram business account, and read its post insights.

Access tokens are encrypted before storage, are never shown back to anyone and are used only to publish organiser-approved posts and read performance figures. An organiser can disconnect an account at any time in Social Studio, or revoke SNOVA's access from within Facebook or Instagram; on disconnection the stored token is deleted and publishing stops. Where the platform withdraws or expires the permissions, SNOVA stops publishing and falls back to preparing posts for manual sharing.

Connecting an account is not blanket permission to publish every gallery image.

4. Automatic publishing

Automatic publishing is optional, off by default, and available on the top event plan or a My Social Studio subscription. When it is on, the following safeguards apply:

  • Only posts scoring at or above the high-confidence threshold publish on their own; anything below it waits for a person.
  • The first post of each automatic run always needs the organiser's approval before anything is published.
  • Quiet hours and a maximum number of posts per day are respected.
  • Any publishing failure pauses the whole campaign until the organiser looks at it.
  • The organiser can pause or switch automatic publishing off at any time.

Automatic publishing does not transfer responsibility. The organiser remains responsible for every post published from their account, including posts published without a further review.

5. Performance measurement and learning

Where a post has been published to a connected account, SNOVA reads back the figures that platform provides — such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares and saves — for a period after publication, and uses them to produce plain-English performance reports for the organiser.

These figures also build a versioned summary of which styles, subjects and formats have worked for that organiser, which shapes future suggestions. The summary describes patterns, not causes, and is specific to that organiser: it is not shared with other customers and guest photographs are not used to train third-party AI models. An organiser can ask us to reset it.

6. Rights and permissions

The organiser warrants that it has all rights, licences, notices, lawful bases and permissions needed for public publication of each selected image/video and caption. Private-gallery availability does not itself establish permission for public social-media use.

7. Children

Where a proposed post contains a child, SNOVA should require an additional confirmation or route the post to manual organiser review. Recommended wording:

“I confirm that I am authorised to publish this image and that any permissions or lawful basis required for children shown in it are in place.”

8. AI output

AI may suggest the wrong photo, infer context incorrectly or generate unsuitable wording. The organiser is responsible for reviewing accuracy, tone, privacy, rights and safeguarding implications before publication.

9. Deletion and published copies

Deleting a photo or prepared post from SNOVA does not automatically erase copies already published to a third-party social platform, downloaded by the organiser or shared through a device. Deletion must be requested through the relevant platform or handled by the person who published it.

10. Platform dependency

A social platform's sharing sheet, app, API, rate limits, policies and account status are controlled by that platform. SNOVA does not guarantee that a platform will accept, display or retain a post.
