Advertiser Terms

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to advertisers a business organiser adds to its own event through the Advertisers tab ("organiser-added advertisers"), and to the business organiser who adds them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use & Content Policy. Advertisers who book directly with SNOVA agree their campaign with us in writing; sections 5 and 6 also apply to them.

2. Rights and responsibility

• The organiser confirms, for each advertiser, that it has the advertiser's permission and every right needed to show the name, logo, artwork, video, sound and link it uploads, and takes responsibility for them.
• SNOVA does not check organiser-added artwork with AI before it is shown. The organiser is responsible for making sure it is lawful, accurate and suitable for the guests at the event, including children where they attend.
• Links must start with https:// and lead to the advertiser's own site. Taps are counted and passed straight to that link.

3. Content we may refuse or remove

SNOVA may refuse, hide or remove any advert, artwork or link at any time — for example if it breaks the Acceptable Use & Content Policy, the law or advertising codes, is misleading, or a guest or rights holder complains. Where we remove an advert for one of these reasons, the advertiser fee is not refunded.

4. The advertiser fee

• £49 + VAT per advertiser per event. It covers that advertiser's gallery adverts, big-screen image or video and its magazine advert pages.
• Paid on the SNOVA website only; it cannot be paid in the phone app.
• Promo codes do not apply to the advertiser fee.
• Refundable in full if the organiser removes the advertiser before the event goes live (guest capture opens or the event day begins).
• Not refundable once the event is live.
• Only paid advertisers' artwork is shown.

5. Where adverts appear

Adverts appear between photos in the guest and organiser galleries, on the big-screen slideshow, and on the advert pages of magazines made for the event. Each advert shows "Sponsored by" with the advertiser's name. Artwork must follow the specifications at snova.uk/advertise/specs.pdf. Advertisers are locked once the event is live; magazine artwork for a paid advertiser can still be added afterwards.

6. SNOVA's advertisers

On events from individual accounts, and in any slot or magazine advert page a business organiser leaves free (unless the event is ad-free), SNOVA may show its own advertisers. SNOVA keeps all revenue from those slots and pages. Brands that want to reach guests at events can enquire at snova.uk/advertise or advertise@snova.uk.
